Terms of Service

Placing an Order
Before placing a commission please check if commissions are open. If they are, feel free to reach out to me on discord, twitter or email. Do not contact me through Twitch whispers as I rarely read those.
I do accept written descriptions but if you have reference photos at hand it will help my work process.
All commissions are for personal-use only unless a commercial fee has been purchased.

Process
After I have received payment for the commission I'll begin working on a sketch of the Illustration which will be sent to you for revision. You'll be allowed to revise the art up to 2 times. After the limit is reached you'll have to pay for any additional sketches.
I may stream the process of making your art over on my Twitch Channel. If the art you ordered is a surprise or you simply do not wish that I stream the work process on them, please let me know when you place your order so I can work on them off stream.

Payments and Refunds
A full refund can be provided if no artwork has been created by the point of a refund request.
If sketches has been made and a refund has been requested you're eligible to a 50% refund.
Finished/Colored works will NOT be refunded.
All prices are in USD. Payment takes place via PayPal invoices ONLY.
I retain all forms, communication, and payment information.
You have the option to pay half upfront for the first initial sketch if asked and the other half by the end of the commission (when full color illustration is sent to customer).
Feel free to leave a tip if you like my work!

Permissions and Copyright
I (niceglitch) will remain owner off all the rights to your commission. This means you are only allowed to use your commissioned art on personal platforms (such as Twitch and Discord) and not allowed to use your commission for profitable merchandise or reselling.
Commercial fees are generally 50% of the original price but this may vary if you wish to buy the right to more than one work.
You (or your community) are allowed to edit your Art to your hearts content.
You are allowed to print your commission for your own physical copy so long as it is not being produced for profit. This also applies of any other physical form of your commission.
